2006 artworks

Alvin painted a variety of colours and styles in 2006. He goes from abstract like on the verge of seeing to celestial bodies and nostalgic impressions. His palette goes from the amazingly colourful to the almost monochromatic, the vivid and the faint, symmetrical and the unpredictable. Check out some of his works below:

He made some clean, clear works that looked like the grains inside a type of wood in a veriety of sizes and permutations.

There were still remnants of what looked like stars or moon or sun and other planets in small and large proportions.

Then there were works that seemed to play on light and shadows,

Finally the works that seem to bring about nostalgia of the pre-war or closely after post-war eras:

I've tried to make them smaller in size so as to accommodate as many paintings as possible. Please click on the images to view a bigger version. If you want to see a larger version than what's available you can email the artist directly.
