2005 artworks

Alvin created his first "blue series" perhaps a reflection of his blue period (we lost our father, Alfredo P. Villaruel to cancer in October 2005). But aside from the blues, he created amazing light-like paintings in his "Bulb Show" as well as planetary impressions and heavenly bodies manifested themselves on his canvas. Blues, blurs, and bright lights galore....here's an impressive collection of his body of work for that year.

2004 artworks

Alvin just went all out in 2004 and made a variety of artworks - styles, colors, sizes, etc. Here's quite a collection of them.

2003 artworks

Alvin's colors toned down a notch with softer strokes to match. The abstract theme of seeing something (almost!) is still evident. Some of his works are shown below:
